We have been appointed by Dawnus Contruction as Groundworkers for 2 location within Llangefni, for the investment project by Isle of Anglesey County Council.
At Pen yr Orsedd Business Units (formally known as Mon Training), we have been carrying out:
- Site Clearance
- Removal of existing concrete slab (from existing building) including crushing and recycling materials
- Fill to make up levels – preparing site for piling
- Excavating and concreting foundation – including placement of anchoring bolts for steel frame
- Block and brickwork to new steel structure
- Full drainage, services and utilities – including excavation and reinstatement
- Concrete slab work to internal – to the specification of engineers
- Attenuation Tanks – excavation and reinstatement
- Hard Landscaping
