We had the privilege of attending the Wales NHBC Pride in the Job Awards in Cardiff — and what a day it was!

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our Site Manager, Rhun Williams, has achieved an incredible three awards for our Ffrwd Garreg Wen site in Penygroes:

🏆 Pride in the Job Award
🏆 Seal of Excellence
🏆 Regional Award

These awards are a fantastic testament to Rhun’s dedication, expertise and commitment to delivering homes of the highest quality, alongside the hard work and dedication of everyone across our sites.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do at John Kelly Construction, and to achieve recognition at this level is something we are extremely proud of. It reflects the care, craftsmanship and commitment that our teams put into every project we deliver and the vision John instils across the company.

Ffrwd Garreg Wen was our first design and build project for social housing provider Adra, and we couldn’t be prouder to see the project receive such outstanding recognition.

And the journey doesn’t stop here! Following today’s success, Rhun and the Ffrwd Garreg Wen team will now progress to the NHBC Supreme Awards in London in January, where we will compete for further national recognition.

A huge congratulations to Rhun and the entire team — an achievement you can all be incredibly proud of!

Rydym yn falch o gyhoeddi bod ein prosiect datblygiad preswyl diweddaraf wedi’i drosglwyddo’n llwyddiannus i’n cleient, Adra.
Cafodd y prosiect, sydd wedi’i leoli ym Mhenygroes, ei gyflawni gan John Kelly Construction Services Limited.
Mae’r datblygiad cyffrous hwn yn darparu 12 o gartrefi pren deulawr o ansawdd uchel, sy’n cynnwys:
• 2 floc o 3 thŷ teras
• 2 bâr o dai pâr (lled-ddatgysylltiedig)
• 2 dŷ ar wahân
Mae pob cartref yn cael ei adeiladu i fodloni’r Rheoliadau Adeiladu cyfredol ac yn cydymffurfio’n llawn â Gofynion Ansawdd Datblygu Cymru, Cynllunio Diogel, a Safonau Cartrefi am Oes.

Rydym wrth ein bodd ein bod wedi darparu cartrefi o ansawdd uchel y mae mawr eu hangen ar y gymuned leol. Gobeithiwn y bydd y trigolion newydd yn hapus iawn yn eu cartrefi ac yn mwynhau bod yn rhan o’r gymuned hon am flynyddoedd lawer i ddod.

Mae Eisteddfod yr Urdd wedi dod i Ynys Môn! Mae Cronfa JK yn falch o noddi Tlws er cof am Mam - June Kelly ar gyfer y Gystadleuaeth Llefaru Unigol 19-25 oed. Pob lwc i’r rhai sy’n cystadlu! 🏆
