We had the privilege of attending the Wales NHBC Pride in the Job Awards in Cardiff — and what a day it was!

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our Site Manager, Rhun Williams, has achieved an incredible three awards for our Ffrwd Garreg Wen site in Penygroes:

These awards are a fantastic testament to Rhun’s dedication, expertise and commitment to delivering homes of the highest quality, alongside the hard work and dedication of everyone across our sites.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do at John Kelly Construction, and to achieve recognition at this level is something we are extremely proud of. It reflects the care, craftsmanship and commitment that our teams put into every project we deliver and the vision John instils across the company. 

Ffrwd Garreg Wen was our first design and build project for social housing provider Adra, and we couldn’t be prouder to see the project receive such outstanding recognition.

And the journey doesn’t stop here! Following today’s success, Rhun and the Ffrwd Garreg Wen team will now progress to the NHBC Supreme Awards in London in January, where we will compete for further national recognition.

We're pleased to announce the successful handover of our latest residential development project to our client, Adra.
The project, located at Penygroes, was delivered by John Kelly Construction Services Limited.
This exciting development provides 12 high-quality two-storey timber homes, comprising:
• 2 blocks of 3 terraced houses
• 2 pairs of semi-detached houses
• 2 detached properties
All homes are constructed to meet current Building Regulations and are fully compliant with the Welsh Development Quality Requirements, Secured by Design, and Lifetime Homes standards.

We are delighted to have delivered much-needed, high-quality homes for the local community. We hope the future residents will be very happy in their new homes and enjoy being part of this community for many years to come.
