Park Aberkinsey, Rhyl Phase 5

At Park Aberkidsey John Kelly Construction Services Limited (JKCS) were awarded the infrastructure and groundworks package for 115 houses for Anwyl Homes on Phase 5 of their Park Aberkinsey, Rhyl development.

Acting as principal contractor on behalf of the client for the first 9 months on site we successfully delivered this scheme safely and on programme. Our works involved the construction of 4028m2 of new roads, 15,000 meters of drainage from 110mm diameter to 600mm diameter to depths of 6.5m. topsoil striping and respread, bulk earthworks, forming swales and public open spaces, 115 foundations including masonry and precast flooring, pile mats and reinforced foundations, mains and plot services, driveways and footpaths including surfacing, construction of 1422 meters of footway. All works were adopted immediately upon completion by local authority and water authority.
