John

Role: Director

John Kelly founded John Kelly Construction Services Limited at the age of 22 and continues to lead the business with ambition and dedication. A hands-on director, he remains actively involved on-site, supplying vast construction experience. John has a strong passion for the local economy and aims to utilise local suppliers and materials, lowering the carbon footprint of the company.

James

Role: Site Manager

James is the longest-serving member of staff at JKCS and an experienced Site Manager with extensive technical knowledge. He has led major projects across North Wales, and is known for his attention to detail, strong leadership, clear communication, and passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable work on time.

Martin

Role: Business Manager

Martin is a highly experienced Business Manager with 10 years of service at JKCS, overseeing finance, HR, and administrative operations. Martin's consistency and reliability ensures smooth, efficient, and compliant processes while supporting both staff and leadership.

Lisa

Role: Strategy Manager

Lisa is an experienced Strategy Manager at JKCS, guiding long-term business direction, compliance, and operational performance. She also oversees customer care and supports senior leadership with strategic projects, drawing on her expertise in health, safety, and environmental management.

Rhun

Role: Site Manager

Rhun Williams joined JKCS in 2021 as a trainee Site Manager and now manages major residential and commercial projects across North Wales. Recognised for his excellence in workplace health, safety, and quality, he has received multiple NHBC awards for his outstanding work.

Ross

Role: Commercial Manager

Ross is a Commercial Manager at JKCS with over a decade of experience in construction and residential housing. He manages project costs, procurement, and commercial strategy across multiple developments, using his expertise to drive efficiency, accuracy, and growth within the company’s housebuilding division.

Ian

Role: Site Engineer

Ian is a Site Engineer at JKCS, working on multiple complex projects and new-build sites across North Wales. With extensive technical experience and specialist skills in 3D modelling, surveying, and site works, he ensures projects are accurately set out, thoroughly documented, and delivered to client specifications.

Rhodri

Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Rhodri joined JKCS in 2024 as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, supporting cost management, procurement, and project financials across residential and construction developments. His thoroughness and strong analytical skills help ensure accurate cost tracking and efficient, cost-effective project delivery.

Aaron

Role: Administrator

Aaron joined JKCS in 2024 on a work placement and quickly earned a permanent role as an Administrative Assistant. Highly organised and reliable, he manages office operations, correspondence, and record-keeping, often serving as the first point of contact for callers and visitors.
