John Kelly Construction are pleased to have completed our first contract under the Natural Resources Wales, Forest Road Framework. We completed the repair of the main access road to Newborough Beach main car park. Within a five-day road closure, we excavated to formation at various locations and re-instated the road. This project involved the careful management of public right of way closure and the consideration of public safety in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
- This project demonstrates our capability and experience in undertaking work in ecologically sensitive areas which are popular with the public and our management of public right of way closure.
- To avoid disruption, we were able to utilise our resources to carry out the work within a short project duration to minimise unnecessary interruption.
