John Kelly Construction Services Limited were appointed as principal contractor the work package of site set up, all foundations, roads and sewers, cut and fill, culvert diversion, retaining structures for plots1-7.

We'r continuing to work alongside our clients Anwyl Homes with the installation of plot drainage, services and retaining walls and plot completions. This site presented us with many challenges – severely sloping site with retaining walls up to 4m high, cut and fill earthworks, half of the site is built on a Victorian ash tip which required the excavation and repositioning of the tip, large diameter 1200mm concrete pipes up to 8m deep, plots 1-7 were split level houses which required extensive reinforced concrete and tanking works, existing brook and culvert which required diversion, trees subject to tree preservation orders.
